This warranty is given by TO TI. It applies to products bought from toti.com.au or our Smithfield store. Warranty periods start on the date of purchase.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law.

What this warranty does not cover
- Faults caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by an accident
- Damage from handling or transport after delivery
- Damage from improper care or cleaning
- Alterations to the original product
- Misuse, abuse or vandalism
These exclusions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Installation
Please check each product for damage and correct dimensions before installation. Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber in line with the installation instructions. If you have a problem with how a product was installed, please contact your installer first.
How to make a claim
- Email info@toti.com.au or call 1300 008 684.
- Include your proof of purchase, the product name, a description of the problem and photos.
- We will assess your claim and tell you the next steps.
You are responsible for the cost of making a claim under this warranty, unless the law requires us to pay it. If a product has a failure covered by the consumer guarantees, we will cover your reasonable costs of returning it.
