TO TI respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses
- Order, return and warranty details
- Messages you send us
- Account login details, if you create an account
- Website usage data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited
Card details are entered with our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To answer enquiries and handle returns and warranty claims
- To run, secure and improve our website
- To send marketing emails if you have agreed, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with service providers who help us run our business, including:
- Stripe, for card payments
- Delivery carriers and ShipStation, for shipping
- Google, for Analytics, Maps and reCAPTCHA
- Our website hosting and security providers
We may also share information where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store information overseas, including in the United States.
