Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and information
We try to keep product descriptions, dimensions and images accurate. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. Please confirm dimensions and plumbing requirements with your licensed plumber before ordering.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. We start processing your order once payment is confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable or clearly mispriced, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.
